Wells Fargo is truly a star because of its consistent financial support of arts, heritage and humanities in Oregon. This includes its patronage as a Stellar Member of NW/BCA and numerous special contributions it has made to NW/BCA programs, including lead sponsorship of the Art of Leadership program.

Wells Fargo is an anchor of support for a number or organizations in our community including Portland Art Museum, Lakewood Center for the Arts, Profile Theatre, Oregon Symphony, Portland Opera and Caldera. The generous contributions it made during FY 07 placed this financial services company at the top of Portland's Top 10 Large Company Supporters of Arts and Culture.

This year Wells Fargo is once again sponsoring a special program for low-income students to attend plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The grant made by Wells Fargo supports reduced-price tickets for students at special matinee performances during the season. The $290,000 Wells Fargo to OSF since 1998 has helped more than 100,000 students experience live theater.
