State of the Arts -- pack City Hall on March 17

On March 17 at 9:30am, the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC) will give its "State of the Arts" presentation to the Portland City Council followed by testimony from CAN, Elaine Calder and Roger Hinshaw as well as a few inspiring performances by Poet Kim Stafford, The Flash Choir and Benson High School Student Kiera Brinkley. Help us pack City Council Chambers to show our support for the City's annual investment in the arts!
